Origin. Narrative. Architecture. Space. Time.

Every project starts with where a brand comes from and what it wants to say, then becomes the architecture, space and time a guest actually moves through.

Narrative, given structure.

Six moments where origin becomes architecture, and architecture becomes time.

Brief

A number is the first shape a story takes.

The brief is written with you, not handed to you: seats, rooms, square metres, budget, an opening date. It becomes the one document every later decision has to agree with.

Renders

Space, before it is built.

Photoreal renders of the concept, reviewed with you and your operator, so decisions get made on screen instead of on site.

Cost optimization

Architecture, disciplined by its budget.

Every material, system and detail is priced before it is drawn. The concept you approved is the concept you can afford to build.

Building

Time made visible, wall by wall.

Contractors ask questions drawings can't answer alone. We're there to answer them and write every decision down, so the building matches the drawing, not a memory of it.

Opening

The narrative meets its reader.

We plan the programme backwards from the opening, and we are there for the soft launch, the punch list and the first week of guests.

The finished stand, ready to open

ROI

The space answers what it was built to say.

A project isn't finished when the keys change hands. We stay close enough to know whether the space is actually earning what it was built to earn.

Origin, made architecture.

All work

The fields we work in

Ephemeral Architecture
Time, given a shape it is allowed to lose.
Retail Architecture
A brand's origin, made into a space someone can walk into.
Hospitality Architecture
A narrative written for a stranger who stays the night.
Exterior Architecture
The space a building claims before it lets you in.
Interior Architecture
The architecture a guest actually lives inside.

The origin of the work.

We work close to the people who own and run these places, not through layers of consultants. The same small team carries the narrative from its origin to its first day open.
